YouTube is reportedly close towards launching a premium on-demand service just like Spotify, but only with video. The service will have free and premium offerings that will have unlimited access of full catalog tracks similar to Google All Access subscription music service. While there is no clear date when will YouTube will launch this product, they have already secure music licenses from various music companies like Warner, Sony and Universal through Google, its parent company.
